The dates proving a bit of a mystery but I think your right. According to Wiki 90125 was released on the 14th November 1983, so my guess would be the interview took place maybe, mid to late '84. I'll change it again in the title.

I really like the 80s lineup of Yes. I just think that they were great. They were the most solid lineup, the least stuck-up, they seemed to get along really well, and their music was just great and very unique. It was really the lineup that worked. All the other members before were just kind of odd. Except for Rick Wakeman, he like's 80s Yes and he's pretty easy going, and he'll only play if Jon is in the band. Speaking in terms of today I think Squire and Howe are a couple of jerks.

It may even be a lot later like 1985 even because Tony Kaye said it was 14 years since he left the band and that's way off, it's more like 11 if it's 82. But it does look like it should be from then.

Tony and Alan never played together before until the Rabin album. Yes was named Yes because of $.

It was recorded from a music program I used to watch on TV at the time. I'm not 100% sure but I think it was called 'Flashes'.

Could you upload the version of "America" that starts somwhere in the Interview but is cut off before it starts? It looks like it's better quality than most versions

I think this is actually 1982 because they're being interviewed at a photo shoot which was used for early publicity.

Not sure if I still have it, but if I do I'll put it up for you.

Im sure this is Ian "Molly" Meldrum doing the interviewing here. He has had a bad fall recently and is slowly on the mend. Get well Molly

Hi qoquaq! Great footage. I do have a question, though. The music clip at the end sound like it's "America". Can you please upload that as well, as it's very hard to find in good quality?
