LORD you FORGET how many utterly incredible songs The Beatles had that were just throwaways in an album. "Yes it is" is such a perfect song and John's vocals grab you by the throat until yi have to break down and wipe that tear from your eyes. THANK YOU SON.. THANK YOU! YOU DID VERY VERY WELL!

This song is a great example of how the Beatles were ahead of their time, you've captured the magic of it ....superb :)

I think that you can't say they were ahead of their time when there had been previous and very clever harmony bands before them such as The Four Freshmen. What was one of their contributions was that they did everything as well as harmonizing. Which I think harks back to their Hamburg days when economics dictated that they had to recreate U.S. recordings without the luxury of harmony vocalists.

This is one of my favorites and I have it downloaded. It's one of those songs I can hear a ton of times not get tired of it and still enjoy it the next time I hear it. No disrespect to the actual Beatles and their talent and dedication but I actually prefer your versions and those are the ones I download. The melodies are clearer and since most of the time you're singing all of them it blends together with a smoother sound than with different voices. And the sounds and notes are sharper and cleaner and richer. Plus I just really like your voice. 😁

I'm not sure if you've come across this cover, but it's wonderfully sung by one person with layered harmonies. There may be a little Autotune involved, but the harmonies are rendered beautifully and meshes well with the soft classical guitar. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qpK3iWhnrpmBhKs
