Very nice looking pen and excellently priced, to boot. There is an unmistakable overall design nod to the Aurora Optima’s aesthetic. Almost akin to a vintage Optima, in a s sense. I have no experience with Kanwrite pens or nibs. This steel nib seems just very good and ideal for daily use as you said. I was almost willing it to be a piston filler before you confirmed it is that. If this pen is available in a color finish I like more, I’m keen to buy one soon. A gold nib model would be welcome, too. Many thanks, Mick, for this ace review of a very good pen, apparently.
