Why not, my dad started riding again with 65. So did a retired coworker with 61. But I wouldn't recomend a Ninja 400. With the gravel roads you got there i would recommend a something more like a Versys 650

My vote would be NO on the bike. I just turned 70 and find myself being extra careful about falling or crashing. Maybe start off with an electric bike or a moped. Always wear a Helmut and knee and elbow pads. Tell Sid that I said. Don't get on the back.

Yes get a bike, you only live once Than go get your pilot license.
