well... there is some rat stuff going on but mostly its just rumors of ratmen in the underworks of terra itself. as far as i tihnk offical cannon goes. but if ya want to dig around for homebrewed armies and just overal stuff. theres plenty. (lot of the time mixing imperial guard stuff with offical skaven stuff. and if i ever spend a day to get just a squad of ratties... may god fucking save my soul imma end my self if i fuck up the paiting to badly.

for the longest time I thought the mentions of Ratlings I'd seen in some of the novels were Imperal Skaven... In the books that featured them they were usually only mentioned in passing, and I knew they were an aproved abhuman strain. It always struck me as weird that the skaven would go from murderous hordes to a tribal but loyal force for the imperium... but it made some sense when I heard there were aproved Imperial beast men, and the felinids. But then after reading a 40k crime novel featuring a a freelance ratling ex gaurd sniper and his oddly philisophical brain damaged Ogryn pal that I realised the ratlings were space hobbits... and I had to reevaluate all my thoughts
