As a gentile believer I'm really looking forward to learning more about the Jewish identity of Yeshua. Its really helped in connecting the old testament to the new. They aren't separate but one story...thanks for this video, I'll listen to more.

They don't reject the Maccabbees. They actually refer to it for Hanukkah.
