Title: Yeshua - The Savior of the World
Scripture: Matthew 1:21 (NIV) - "She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus because he will save his people from their sins."
Devotional:
Yeshua, also known as Jesus, is the central figure of Christianity and the Savior of the world. His name, "Yeshua," means "salvation" or "Yahweh is salvation." From the moment of His birth, the purpose of His life was clear-to save His people from their sins and offer redemption to all who believe in Him.
In Matthew 1:21, an angel appears to Joseph in a dream and instructs him to give the baby's name Yeshua (Jesus). This name carries profound significance, for it points to the very mission of Jesus on earth-to be the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.
Yeshua's life on earth was marked by compassion, love, and unwavering obedience to His Heavenly Father. He healed the sick, comforted the brokenhearted, and proclaimed the good news of God's Kingdom. Through His teachings, miracles, and sacrificial death on the cross, Yeshua provided the way for humanity to be reconciled with God.
The name Yeshua reminds us that salvation is not found in human efforts or good deeds but in a personal relationship with the Savior. It is by faith in Jesus Christ that we receive forgiveness, eternal life, and the assurance of God's love and grace.
Yeshua's sacrifice on the cross was the ultimate act of love and atonement. He bore the weight of our sins, past, present, and future, so that we might be set free from the bondage of sin and experience a new life in Him. His resurrection from the dead sealed the victory over sin and death, offering the hope of eternal life to all who believe in Him.
As followers of Yeshua, we are called to embody His love and share the message of salvation with others. We are commissioned to be His witnesses, declaring the good news of Yeshua to the ends of the earth. Just as Yeshua selflessly gave His life for us, we are to live lives of selflessness and compassion, reflecting His character to the world.
Today, let us meditate on the name Yeshua and the profound meaning it holds. May we be filled with gratitude for His sacrificial love and the salvation He offers. As we walk in the footsteps of Yeshua, may we become vessels of His love and grace, shining His light in a world in need of hope and redemption.

My wife is 8 months pregnant and as she was driving today, she got involved in a terrible head collision accident. Her car was pushed away 15 metres away while she was inside. I thank God she survived and the baby is okay. God is great.

Sitting here at 3:26 AM I know the enemy has and is trying me by throwing everything at me when it comes to my family and my personal life but I know in whom I trust. DID YOU NOT STORE My WRATH WHILE I was PREPARING My REST?
