Yahweh didn’t come out until 1700 from the Samaritans. It is a secondary name to be creator according to to Nehemiah’s research. His original name and only name comes from Exodus 3:14 when God gave His name to Moses on Mount Sinai. That name is Jehovah. Nehemia is a modern Jew from Europe which speak Yiddish has no J sound of jod. So he says Yehovah instead of Jehovah. Now you know the REAL name of your God and Creator!!! The original Hebrew came from the Sephardic Jews from Spain and Portugal and has a J sound of jod. The Masorets were Sephardic Jews and their ancestors were from priests and Levites who passed down original Hebrew. So there is a J sound in Hebrew. The Masorets vowel pointed the Tetragrammaton to be Jehovah.

Yehovah is the pronunciation in Hebrew, Jehovah in English. However, in Spanish we pronounce God's name like in Hebrew but the spelling is "Jehova" we also pronounce the first two letters of the Name "Jehova" as like the pronunciation of the word "Hello"

AMEN Since coming to faith, I have seen fundamental problems with Greek as the language of the New Testament. One of them, among others, is the lack of using YHVH. It just doesn’t add up. The Prophet Isaiah said: Chapter 28: 9 to 13 for a reason, we have to put together all the verses that apply to the subject in order to get a picture of the context. If you take Isaiah 53 it tells you the suffering of Yeshua ( the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the World, PESAJ) AND Daniel 9: 26 tells that He will be kill. ( The Prince of the Covenant) There are many verses in the Hebrew Scriptures ( from Genesis to Revelation) to get the big picture. Not body will understand if the Father Yehovah does not call, He came in a body of flesh to save us. Yehovah said so many times that Himself will come to save us, that He will walk among men like the sheep walk, that He will not give His glory to no one. He will return as God Almighty Zachariah 14. Wrong!!! Jehovah was not invented. It was vowel pointed by the Masorets who had the original Hebrew given to them by their ancestors who were priests and Levites. The Masorets were Sephardic Jews who knew original Hebrew. The Masorets vowel pointed the Tetragrammaton to be Jehovah. I am not Jewish, but take offense to the Anglophone transliterations. Yeshua became Jesus, Cefas became Peter, Yohanan became John, Jakov became James, etc. Names have meaning, don't alter it. "Nikon" is pronounced "nee-con" in Japanese not "neyekon". You probably use "Florence", "Turin", "Rome", and "Greece" instead of "Firenze", "Torino", "Roma" and "Hellas" too. Every language modifies words to suit the sounds it's spent its whole life learning to make, and you couldn't possibly avoid anglicizing every foreign name and loanword you use on a daily basis. There's no reason to make a big stink about it.

So agree with you. My BIRTH NAME MEANS "precious gem" as does Yeshua's name (Y(a)eHoVeH saves. Ones birth name does not change even if they live in or communicate with another language.
