John Alex~ l could see him saying that. l know that _for him_ leaving the group WAS the best decision he could have made. He developed a hell of a lot with Crimson...and his chops just got better and better. He is not ''thee best'' drummer around.... but he is my favorite, because of the way he interacted with the audience all three times l saw him live. Great song from early Yes. I became a fan in 71, and never got the chance to see them until the Relayer tour a few years later. Outstanding!
