Does it work with the rpms of the engine and does the speedometer actually work with the cars speed? Is it just plug and play or does it need programming?

Hi, yes it work with the rpm of the car, the speedo would work if my car had a cruise control module but since i dont have one i need to install a sensor that wil go where the speedometer cable goes and that thing will convert it the electronic so it can be plug with with the electronic of the dash
