I was in my second year of high school when this came out. I remember walking the halls of Irvington High School whe. They played this song and walking home humming it I was learning to play the piano and I learned this and several other Carpenter's Songs. They were a team. Karen had a great voice and David knew how to arrange it so her voice could shine. RIP Karen
