0:49 - What, Bolivia want Paraguay territory as "outlet to the sea?" Paraguay is too a landlocked country, and Bolivia was allowed to use the Paraguai River waterway before the war, what was reassured after the war. The Chaco War was about the Gran Chaco between North of Paraguay and Bolivia, at time though rich in oil - only in 2014 oil was discovered in the area. Despite being "outnumbered and outgunned" Paraguay's win, due better logistics - waterway and railway, and better troops, annexing 2/3 or the region. This war as a kind of "WWI" reprise in Latin America.

ZIV Television wasn't a "network". Fred Ziv's company was *the* largest syndicator of radio and television programming from the 1930's through the early 1960's. And their first TV series was this one [Ziv bought the General Film Library in 1948 for $340,000.....and saw his investment pay dividends many times over during the next decade]; 130 quarter-hour segments were produced from 1948 through 1951, and distributed through the 1960's.
