Thanks for the tour! These types of walk throughs are very helpful when you are trying to decide on not only a hotel, but room type within the hotel. Most hotel websites give you a picture or two of each room type, but it’s not the same as getting a 360 degree walking tour like we just saw.

You're welcome! I love putting in commentary and I'm very careful to not retouch the video (except maybe a bit of lighting). It's always frustrating to see a hotel photo, book it, then...it look nothing like the photo. @@YestoHawaii agree 💯. A lot of the time the stock photos aren’t necessarily representative of the actual room due to the angles and filters used, so this is definitely helpful. I know you did a walkthrough of the Prince Waikiki last year, but I’m curious as to if it has made the list for one of the upcoming room tours?

It’s so great that the hotel gave you access to the rooms. Every hotel should allow you to do that. It’s free advertising after all. While I prefer an ocean or partial ocean view to a city view, I did notice that the lanais in the upgraded rooms had cement over the bottom half of the iron slats, making it feel a bit more claustrophobic. I much preferred the lanai with the city view as it was open. I wonder why they did that? 🤔 Great vlog Mary! We are always patiently waiting for your next upload! 👏🏼👏🏼

I didn't see any. Some hotels have them but you have to request at front desk, some have a small cost for it - not sure for this one.

Yep! It's the new one! They kept the original Ambassador sign though
