Extra info: April Fools Model, this is Pawppet. She's not replacing my main model, but she is here for 1-2 months for fun ^^ Rusty's Retirement is the game at the bottom , a Twitch integrated game people can play while listening to the story, please let me know if it's too distracting 🧡

It's the equivalent of locking a child away in a steel box of course it would scream
@chrisroberts70005 ай бұрын
Going from screaming mass murderer to a professional chef and music composer. Amazing what happens when a creature is *not* kept in solitary confinement for a decade.
@Nerdnumberone5 ай бұрын
It's not clear exactly how many creatures/humans it killed, but I don't think it was mass murder. It did show a preference for animal carcasses over human corpses. Also, it probably didn't scream nearly as much before being locked in a box for a decade.
@Force2reckonVods5 ай бұрын
This one is fascinating for a few reasons, but primarily it's meta commentary. A lot of early SCPs (and still some now) are just Murder Monsters that got locked away forever and barely maintained. Nowadays they're often handled more humanely/thoroughly due to the influx of newer audience members, and wider variations of writing styles and personalities. So this is literally a new scientist taking over an old Murder Monster and properly testing it letting us learn *so much*
@Force2reckonVods5 ай бұрын
Also worth noting that there's a whole concept of a world where the foundation doesnt contain scps but finds ways to integrate them into society, and it's basically a utopia xD
@Story_Enjoyer5 ай бұрын
@@Force2reckonVodsI remember that one, the one where the foundation finds a weirdly non-gravitational singularity in tokyo on some skyscraper(that turned out to be the doing of that utopian foundation), and a researcher is taken to said utopian parrarel-universe foundation and shown their wonders.
@Derpy_Bird4275 ай бұрын
So the whole "it attacks and kills everything it encounters" thing is one of the "methodological issues" the beginning of the video warned about. Essentially the foundation saw a big scary floating shadow monster with a big blade for a tail, assumed it was "yet another murder monster" and stuck it in a steel cube for ten years Without realizing it's actually sapient just with baby level intelligence (at the start at least) I don't think they actually saw it kill anything
@truenatural204 ай бұрын
If it ever did kill something, it would have been because it was experiencing the maximum sensation of starvation. It can’t die from starvation, it just suffers the feeling of it. Which makes leaving it in a sealed empty box for ten years even sadder.

Two questions: How would they get it into the enclosure in the first place? Did you have to train your cat to use the wheel? Or did you set the wheel up and it figured it out on its own?
@pawsvtuber5 ай бұрын
I used treats as a carrot on the stick type tactic to get them to get on the wheel and walk the first day. But afterwards, they pretty much did it on their own. I'd give them snacks the first week as a good job treat, now I just go and pet them every now and then.
