specialized is better you can take a demo 8 off a 40 foot drop no prob also they got a monster sponsor demo (which i own).a giant would bottom out and you'd be flat on your ass or over the handlebars

@LMFAOKIDISHERE so basically you say that a demo can handle 12m! drops easily? please i am not a pro but stop talking shit... only a few bikes can do that... and the best drop bike is and will always be the karpiel apocalypse... giant and specialized are good bikes (i own a specialized myself) but i tried a santa cruz v10 and a intense 951 and these two bikes are a lot, i mean really a lot better than specialized bikes.
