Over a very chilly 24-hours I took on a Yeti challenge. I ran 5 miles every 4 hours for 24 hours - i.e. a total of 30 miles. The temperature got down to -7 deg C, but as usual, the biggest challenge was sleep deprivation and recovery.
Check out how I got on in this video, as well as my conclusions of how it stacks up again the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge.
This condensed version certainly packs a punch, and is great training for any budding endurance and ultra marathon athlete.
