Actually most of the treasure members especially the jline, became an idol/yg artist because of bigbang. They really look up to them and respect them so much. Safe to say that they grew up to their musics. Seeing them cry made me emotional. I am also just like them, maybe I am not an artist but I also grew up listening to bigbang musics. I won't be so attached to kpop right now or discovered kpop if it's not because of them.

BIGBANG and 2NE1 were my gateway to KPOP and since then I really saw their impact in the industry. They were groundbreakers and IMO changed kpop to how it is currently. Like Seung Hoon said, they are like this frame that really influenced a lot of artists. Just amazing to see these 3 groups as the next generation look up to BIGBANG because they really set the standard of what a "YG artist" is and I think BB and 2NE1 will always have a mark on the next gen.

i think it was interesting to see the difference in reaction between the three groups because ikon and winner know bigbang on a personal level (calling them hyungs) versus treasure who see bigbang as their heroes and calls them the formal "sunbaenims"

that isn't just their lightstick. that's THE lightstick. the first in Kpop history. Bigbang was the first to have one (& the prettiest too), the Bang Bong. Then everyone else followed (one of the many reasons why Bigbang is the standard). The more I listen to this song the less I feel like it’s a goodbye. It feels more like a cleaning of the slate and a new beginning is coming. Especially the parts that remind us that after winter comes spring again. It really does invoke that nostalgic feeling of good times past but in a sad way as if it reminds us we can’t go back. Maybe that’s why it hit Yoshi so hard. I also saw that Jihoon was wiping some tears too. I was definitely tearing up again when I saw the lone light stick at end though.

The Mv made me cry for many reasons. 1 seeing them again.2 Seeing them after many hardships and heartbreak, 2 seeing just 4 members but hidden 5 chairs in the mv. And the deep meaning the mv and lyrics gave us. Crying when others cry us just a reaction to it but seeing it first hand is different. Its raw.. It's been almost 16 years being VIP. Everything they to hits hard but this... it lingers and jt will got a long time. The way YG did this.... especially the end with our lightstick. I cried! To see how bigbang impacted the generation after them is just... ❤

it's true predecessors build the 'frames' for their successors in general but bigbang represents a bit more than that in their industry cos back then kpop was heavily influenced by jpop with their hypercutesy lolita or super saiyan style and without bb bringing in the american hiphop genre into korea at that point in time i don't think kpop would've become as big as it is today.. maybe there might've been a different group or individual who eventually would've but fact is that it was bb that started it

Omg just saw this but I think Treasure really has a diff reaction to the MV because they dont really have a close relationship with BB. WinKon was there when BB was active and they were with mentors, I think its safe to say that BB were like big brothers to them. But with Treasure, only Yedam worked with BB closely so for them BB are still like unreachable superstars.
