Respected Sir, thank you very much for the superb information about the section 415 IPC, I want to ask you one thing, if there is no delivery of good, property whatsoever etc between the accused and complainant and also the accused in shown as Victim in charge sheet as well at several pages , Can that accused be discharged from the false charges under Section 419 IPC and 420 IPC ?
