bohot accha explain kiya bhai. This shows that the overbearing nature of the Supreme Court we see today was not made maliciously at all. The path to hell was paved with good intentions. But many of these hearings have caused an overbearing effect on the Parliament today. It seems that the parliament was forced to rightfully relinquish some of its own powers, the judiciary's turn is next to relinquish these powers. The great reset. Iss mein executive ko strengthen karna bhi is a must. Warna what use is making and interpreting laws if no one is there to enforce them?
