I've seen some OCG players use the Melodious engine to help out Exosisters and it seems to work. Just wish Konami would stop dragging their feet and give Exosister some solid support they desperately need that can make the deck stronger while working under Martha and Returnia's restrictions.

This seems like a pretty fun engine for R4 decks. But I wonder if it wouldn't be better to reduce all the Melodious cards to 1 (except the fusion spell) for more deck space.

You can yes. But refrain is still a one card rank 4 by herself or a fusion summon, depend on what you want to do.

I've actually come to use Refrain as a starter for Melo Seraphs.

incredible With the Melodious card who can ban cards in gy quick effect, I think vadis is probably better than returnia

The gravity controller combo does nothing because you cant avtivate returnia

as long they re generic enough. In ocg, it became a staple in mathmech; Too bad circular is banned in tcg for some unkown reasons.
