@@user-fe8gx3ie5v that was pre gilg and before it was banned but nowadays even if it was unbanned you wouldn't use it, ddd can't use it at it's full potential anymore due to other pend cards being banned and the game deteriorating from mr4

@@Hella_Animations I think it would still heavily benefit it. Getting Thomas or another Pend into the Extra Deck and then getting a draw off it sounds pretty good. But then again, D/D can be played in many ways and still be viable, so Electrum isn't necessary, per se.

@@antofikboyz5554 They never officially got a chance to be meta in the TCG though because of card delays , and then later after zoodiacs were on the rise and then shortly after that master rule 4 made it almost impossible for the deck to be competitive during that state of the game.

While its not broken the support does fix that specific issue. As you have 6 copies of the new extender (plus potential Prosperity) it allows you to go into Gil and eventually resolve its effect to search as if it were the level 1 starter. *Tldr def not broken but its now "playable"*

@@OutbackYGO It's sort of a Zeus for D/D with more nuance and accessible on turn one, so I'd say it's pretty good. D/D can play in many ways, though. I've seen variant that turbos into King Calamity to stun the opponent.

Scythe itself sucks if it's countered, which isn't hard these days. The new Xyz is very good, too.

@@drugaming3788 It doesn't negate, it just takes the monster whose effect got activated on the field. It can't chain to monster effects who are activated in hand, GY or Extra Deck. It has zero protection. Also if you dont have Dark Contract on field, it can't do anything if you summoned it with just 1 material.

Can anyone explain to me what doom makina's summon condition effect clearly? It said we could use a d/d/d monster to summon it, and transfer material to it. Does that mean even rank 4 like marksmanking tell, boulderking darius can xyz evolvr to doom makina as well without any trouble?
