The weirdest part about the Duke/Rebecca and Valon duel is that they're literally being punched and kicked...but the Seal of Orichalcos was never activated. So everything should still be holographic and not magical. So somehow Valon was able to have his armor card holograms equip to himself.

Solid fucking writing this episode. I was busy with other things, so I could only hear the dialogue and most jokes landed without even needing the solid footage editing and animation. You're also getting more comfortable writing the side villains, the "I don't think that's a real book" line was a perfect comedic cherry on top of that scene. And the William S. Boroughs line? Hysterical, good work.

This isn't coming back, even once as a callback in future installments. Rebecca: Feels like wasted potential. Duke: Valon....Did you make of all of that up? Valon: No.
