I love it. :) Makes me want to carry it around everywhere with me, just to have it. hahaha

hey ryan where do you store all of your stuff after every video? can you show your collection for a video?
@theimacman8 жыл бұрын
I ran out of storage space, so I don't keep most of it any more... I give stuff away locally to friends, family, and coworkers, and I sell the rest to the local hobby shop. :)

nice review! Do you have a link to your panning timer? I haven't found one that looks like yours yet.

I looks great from those small samples, is the WDR and contrast as stable as the original 1920x 1080 yi? Any footage of it on a quad flying around possible? Cheers
@theimacman8 жыл бұрын
No idea about your first question, but yes, I do plan on using it for some aerial video at some point. :)

Do you think this cam could read license plates if mounted on the dashboard?
@theimacman7 жыл бұрын
Hard to say. I would think so, at least if the car is right in front of you.

Hi Ryan, does this camera fit the aton gimbal?
@theimacman8 жыл бұрын
No, it's too big. You could probably strap it to the mount though.
@traxxasrcpower9078 жыл бұрын
ok thank you very much!

I will likely mount this on some brushless quad with a gimbal at some point. :)

hey FR, all of the yi border mounts I have found don't seem to hang under a quad ...they are all top mounted... any thoughts... thanks for this helpful review...
@theimacman8 жыл бұрын
Just mount the camera upside-down, and then use a video editor to rotate the video. :) The camera may even have a setting to flip the image within the camera, but I can't recall for sure or not.

Do you get these videos sponsored? Cause this must be expensive- $200!
@theimacman6 жыл бұрын
Some are sponsored, some are not. But I always told my sponsors that a sponsorship does not guarantee a positive review, so that way I could remain unbiased and tell the real truth about the product.

The real things that gopro have more than this are aftermarket parts
@theimacman8 жыл бұрын
Yeah, but a lot of the mounts, etc, have universal connectors, so you can still use them with other action camera, as long as you have a case that has that kind of mount/connector.
@mins_9828 жыл бұрын
Flyin' Ryan RC Yes i know but for me Gopro it's just an all around better camera, you know only a personal preference
@RuudyL8 жыл бұрын
I have a Gopro clone with all the bells and whistles for $40 less worries if losing it, comes with all the Gopro attachments, pretty good image, but of course not the quality of yours
