All did very well, the pressure in situations like this is unreal...mistakes happen and part of life is learning to deal with them to make the customer happy. Human error is high in this type of job..thats the whole point of learning the skills involved.....

I do use adblock but I believe that only works on adverts at the side of the page rather than in the actual video because for 70% of the videos I watch I have to endure annoying adverts

Sorry but leaving the heat guns running from the start does my head in! During the cutting, initial laying and a good chunk of the wrap they don't need the gun. Besides the guns heat up pretty quick so why run them at the start? Just switch it on when you need it first then maybe leave it on from that point if you're gonna need it alot.

Why not just give each person a fair big sized panel to work on and what the average time would be to complete it, not just give them 10 mins or something stupid like that because all you’re doing then is forcing them to rush and forget things, rather than take their time and do things the correct way and not cut corners, for sure you want to see how they perform under pressure but every challenge so far has been about pressure not actually the completed product they can produce when not under pressure.

Appreciate your point, in the real world whoever gets the job will have to perform under pressure. Yiannimize wont be hiring an artist. Their are great wrappers who will take a week and do a great job, that's not what we're looking for. Hope that clears that up.

Yiannimize Personally, I disagree, car wrapping is an art and the fact you mention you don’t want an “artist” is mind blowing to me. You as a company should ONLY be employing artists, if I were to get my car wrapped I would much prefer them to take their time making the job mint, rather than being forced to rush by their greedy boss because he wants to make that extra grand a day. The thing I like about wrap over paint and Plasti dip which I haven't really looked at is that there is no mess. I used to spray cars and now paint houses and its all sanding and paint etc. A wrap is more like wallpaper where there is a bit of mess and perhaps some patchwork but generally, you go home clean. Just my opinion as a guy sick of being covered in paint.
