Question! Do you add water to the meat sauce when you leave it to simmer? I didn’t add water and it almost burnt on the bottom so I took it off the heat much sooner!

Ground Beef yes for centuries for pastitio. But lasagna has sausage and ricotta cheese ,flat pasta sheets and no Béchamel so your comment makes no sense.
