Oney, Dingdong and Julian actually made me buy and play YIIK with this series. It's an awful, just awful game yet somehow I enjoy it despite it being shit. It has a charm to it that I've never seen before despite being a slog to play.

While extremely clunky, I think the plot has a good start up until you meet the android and it tries to go high concept. If it was just a dumb paranormal story with a weirdo unlikable cast it’d be better off than “This one guy is the center of existence and everything you did didn’t matter in the end.”

It's the one thing that really steers me away. Growing up on Newgrounds shit you're used to witnessing these takes everywhere, but it's still so disappointing and frustrating. Current OneyPlays is barely palettable because DD + J had interesting, actually somewhat valuable input to give, and actually challenged Chris on things he'd say at times, otherwise they'd just laugh at him and the occasional edgy joke. I realize it's all for show probably, but I think they brought out a better side of him :-/
