Minor mistake on the low bar, but in general good job! The result was ridiculous, but still congratulations to Yilin for becoming the world champion in her first championship. I believe a more brilliant future is waiting for her.

***** She has a shoulder that underwent surgery last spring of this year. She has been healing since then with the hopes of returning 100% by Rio. I don't think those plans have yet changed.

+Ky Penn Yilin has the highest D score. And she can add more difficulty and can do better. But am I the only one who noticed the slight arch in the second HS on the low bars. She is a great bar worker, but China has plenty of those.

Vette gaddia I don't see why she's considered a good bar worker. I think Huang Huidan is a much better bar worker and had she been in this final, I'm quite certain she would have won gold.

Ky Penn Yes, Huidan had better lines(and toe point) and technique. She was a past World Champion. Why didn't China send her here? Injuries? I would love to see her in Rio. But I don't agree with you that Yilin is not an excellent UB worker. She is not even close to her potential and still has a 6.9 D score.

The result was more than ridiculous. Komova had by far the best execution and the cleanest routine. Yilin was great but not as great and I could immediately see all of her errors and slight hesitation in one area which are critical in a final. She didn't even hit a lot of her handstands. Same with the handstands for Spiridonova and her form on her dismount. Don't even get me started on Kocian. Her final routine was simply awful for a final and hundreds of miles away from a gold medal performance and she probably did not deserve to be on the podium when you put all four routines side-by-side. Either the judges were smokin some weird shit or they wanted to be "fair" and let everyone share. Complete idiots.

+nathaliexlr8 I agree Komova should be the only champion. I would like to put Yilin in silver considering she had 0.3 D-score higher than the others.

What are you talking about with Fan didn't hit her handstands? Her combo of Inbar 1/2 + Healy + Ling + Reverse Giant 1/2 was stunning. Her error on the Inbar 1/1 wasn't so bad either, for all of those elements in total she only deserved .4 in deductions, which is the same as Komova on only two elements of Toe 1/1 and Cast 1/2 (both should get -.1 for angle and -.1 for body alignment). Komova deserved another -.1 for alignment on her Inbar 1/2 as well, which means in 3 pirouette elements she has worse execution than Fan on 5 elements! Fan had bigger deductions on her Gienger and dismount, but it was a much more difficult routine, Komova only deserved .1 or maybe .2 better overall on execution, which isn't enough to make up for the .3 difficulty difference.
