It’s not about the energy of Yin and yang. It’s about understanding the traits of darkness, as well as the traits of light. And then getting that, even though they both do not understand each other. They work together for the same purpose, which is to create balance. Which is why, a little bit of light must be in darkness, and a little bit of darkness must be in light.
