I love how the universe gives you exatcly what you need when you pay attention. I was having trouble on deciding what to do on my period days, thinking about some restorative kind of exercise and your video popped up. I'm so relaxed and grateful, thanks a lot!!

Dear Bre & Flo, Every day, and I mean every day, I do one, two, sometimes even three of your classes. I love it. Here in Germany the gyms are still closed. So I can't teach my own classes. No cycling. No step. No bodystyling. No workoutclasses. I miss it and i miss my students. As a nurse, the physical and psychological stress is very high due to the current situation. YOU give me strength, YOU give me different thoughts, YOU make me move differently and I can also relax well. I love the BREATHE and the FLOW. Thank you for sharing this with me and everyone else. The two of you are a true gem on youtube. You are giving away so much of your vast knowledge and experience, which has helped me and continues to help me to grow and become a more grounded and healthy person ... and all for free! You're not trying to sell bullshit here - like so many others unfortunately do - because these things don't matter in the end. You are not preaching a lifestyle that you don't live yourself and I truly believe that 100%. The way both of you teach yoga, meditation and everything that is connected to it shows that it's not material things in life that make us happy. Thank you for not deciding to stay in Germany and become complacent on those (delicious) Bratwurst and (again delicious) beers, but travel the world, explore and grow and pass on this knowledge to others like me. At a glance when you watch this class, the poses seem so easy but they are soooo relaxing and effective. I love yin yoga and I like these 20/25 minutes classes 😄 they fit in my busy schedule. Thank you so much 💗 this white set looks gorgeous on you Bre ✨

I really needed this video. I have been sick for months, with zero energy, and almost no ability to do a strength class. I had been revisiting the yin days in Ignite to get any movement into my days. My joints feel juicy indeed, now!

The first please pose released all the knots in my back. Crrrrrrick. I felt all the way up my spine. I've had tension for a while and it all just came out with that one pose.

That foot stretch is a killer! I've been trying to loosen my feet up with fascia release using a tennis ball, but do you have any other tips as to what might work? Loving your classes x

Why do I get lower back pain after nearly every class? This one it was the first pose that did it, I ensured by pillow wasn't too high and my shoulders were over it but when I got out the vertebrae felt as though it was severly pinched. Seriously questionning yoga for back health as I age (34 only!). Maybe you could do a class to address why yoga can cause back injury and pain.

I'm still doing the Ignite challenge. I just finished day 18. I did beginners 3 times before I felt comfortable. I tell all my friends to use your videos. I can't wait to be able to do more. I could NEVER join a RL class. My body is an embarrassment. All the noises it makes and not to mention the falling and shaking... I would run away. How does anyone "NOT" make all those embarrassing noises and moves?

To give you an actual answer, rl classes are super lame. You shouldn’t want to do them anyway, we’re all discovering that this self guided at home yoga stuff is way better together! I would never do happy baby in front of another living soul except my wife. Nobody needs to see that. But that’s cool, maybe one won’t be embarrassing at it and I’ll feel comfortable enough to let other people see. Or not, who cares!
