Thank you for this🙏🏼I released a lot of tears and sadness that I hold down because it is too painful to feel. These comforting positions and safe space allowed the space for me to feel comfortable to release. Sending much gratitude your way 💛

Thank you for referring me to this practice. I found while there was no emotional release as such by way of tears, I did experience agitation, which I never expected. Quite interesting indeed. Do you know why we store stuck energy in our hip region or other parts of the body? I always like to go deeper with the hopes I will understand better. Thanks again Kristen, so very much appreciated!

Hi Brenda, the chakra centres are a good reference point to understand why we have stuck energy in certain parts of the body. Each chakra relates to the surrounding organs and systems of the body. Congested emotions or emotional patterns can block the flow of energy through a particular chakra, and this stagnation effects the physical body.
