在房價10萬一平的市中心，如果你可以在自家樓下，和鄰居們一起親手設計、建造一個花園，並彼此熟絡起來，這是一種什麼感覺？兩個92年的北大畢業生黃彬凌和袁振宇，畢業後，放棄了高薪的工作，帶着20多個年輕人，在深圳上圍村，租下了幾棟瓦房，同吃、同住，並共同投入到了「共建花園」的工作中。2年時間，在深圳的學校、城中村、各大小區里，他們拉着當地的居民，一起勞作，共同建造了80多個花園，並深刻影響到了居民們的生活方式。
In a downtown area where the housing price is over 100,000 yuan each m2, if you can design and build a garden in the community with your neighbors and thus become familiar with each other, how will you feel? After graduation, Huang Binling and Yuan Zhenyu, two Peking University alumnus who were born in 1992, gave up fat salary and rented several tile-roofed buildings in Shenzhen’s Shangwei Village. Over 20 young people work and live together in the same place. For the past two years, they have worked with local people to build more than 80 gardens in lots of schools, urban villages and residential areas in Shenzhen, and deeply affected the lifestyle of the residents.

主意不错，但设计和品味比较差，颜色搭配没有美感，跟小区大爷弄的一个水平。对这个共享概念大惊小怪，国外玩剩下的。

hongyan liu 今天理发，就谈到江苏山东比较多集体发展，外国人的集体形式是教会组织，因为生活需要到从中得到益处例如殖民地的控制，容易组织社会活动，便于了解人救济人，形成社会更多人在一起的一个家庭式群居，而能够用这个方式很快传播一个事情物品，社会看似人独立，实际有一个联系。这个人就把社会形式秩序做成社会养老，家庭人员不共居，居住环境条件满足人各种需要，少家庭内部矛盾，人有更多时间精力去学习工作玩乐。这个个人要发展就得没有后顾之忧，需要社会养老解放人。人不要总担心得病死之类的问题，而是怎么活得好才能够放开生活发展，问题就会在发展中被解决好。一个地方有力量负担养老少的压力，需要人都比较财力均衡，这个就得自己地方看怎么做好了。
