@@M0YKSHamRadio Higher pitched voices 🧒👱‍♀️are more intelligible on SSB when signals are weaker like when only on 10watt HF and then when all other voices are deeper voices, the higher pitched child voice will be very noticeable amongst all the deeper voices. that could be why.

Hello M7ELC, how about your own youtubechannel ? what antenna was that in the beginning of the video, was that a MA5B made by Cushcraft? those have those spikes on the end of the elements, looks like that one. is that the antenna you used in this QSO ?

Hi buddy yes it was the MA5B antenna. For now I will keep an eye on Elsie's videos as she is a bit young for total freedom. But she can play radio as much as she likes anytime. 73 buddy

@@M0YKSHamRadio You're right about the parental supervision on youtube👍. i didnt think of age requirements when i made that comment but afterwards. I was thinking of designing the blueprints for radios & CW... things that would be great for a new ham to know how, great skills. i've seen the cushcraft ma5b on eham.net, there HAMs write product reviews on ham equipment. maybe that page would be something for you too. the cushcraft ma5b gets alot of good reviews from people there. that will be a good antenna for 20-15-10 for a small QTH. tnx es 73
