It's very common to see immigrants having very thick accents and children who don't have any trace of that same accent when they speak english. I think she had also written out a letter rewarding the inheritance to her son if it was the nurse that tried to kill her. You have to be prepared for every eventuality when you're a helpless old woman in a Generation Hope video. One of the letters she prepared was instructions that would activate a sleeper agent charged with the mission of killing the Deputy Secretary of the Department of Agriculture.

That's not an IV bag... It's a feeding bag. Like one that is used for NG tubes. That's why it has the big opening at the top so that the nurses can pour formula into it. I guess if it looks medical, then it works for Gen Hope 🤣

Also, Vitals can be, and SHOULD be, taken on people who are asleep or comatose. There have been instances of nurses not doing assessments because they thought the patient was sleeping. Adum is right when he talks about it being wrong to allow some random person to administer meds. Like people are allowed to take their own meds or have someone else do it. But since she requires a home health nurse, the nurse likely is the one who has to do it.

No see the mum knew he wanted to kill her, and was planning to kill her, but she was confident that he wouldn't go through with it, but instead of calling the police she wrote a will specifically for the event in which she is murdered by her own son so that he wouldn't get any money, but she didn't tell him that because that would ruin the psycho-son drama thing they have going on which she secretly gets off on. It's really very simple.

To be fair, IRL if a family member had plans to off you and you found out about them 80% of people wouldn't automatically think "oh shit this is real". Even if the mother was written like a normal human and went to the police they wouldn't really be able to do anything since no crime has been committed, threats while incriminating, aren't a crime. However this storyline makes very little sense (obviously), IRL the nurse probably would've been alternating with another 12 shift nurse considering this women was erratically unconscious, also even if the nurse thought the son was about to spike her IV drip (assuming they intended the IV to actually be in her arm and not just a tube tapedto the side of the bed...) he could've just replaced the bag and called the police since the coca cola would've been diluted and no wear near her veins for a few hours lol. ALSO there's no way that nurse would've been able to inject him with ANYTHING since the syringe didn't have a needle and why would the nurse has a sedative on hand when the women was unconscious every 5 minutes?! Even if he happened to have a syringe with an invisible needle filled with propofol, that syringe was filled with at least an ounce which would 1000% be deadly. long story short: nothing in that video makes sense.
