Thank you! It’s so cold here that I have to remember to have my hands at least room temperature before doing fills. Also, very good gloves every time you go outside saves your nails from lifting!!

I'm trying to self teach myself how to do Nails ,I bought some of your products ,I used to go to a Nail Tech who uses your Gels, and it Inspired me to try to learn for myself . I have learned so much from you, but I wish when you use the efile you would tell us which bit your using for what your doing. It helps it stick in my mind, as I'm still trying to learn how to use my efile. There are soooo many different bits that I get confused on which one is for what process.

Hi Greg, I’m not sure if my message on Instagram through DM is the one you’re talking about either way thank you so much because I did reach out about 3 1/2 weeks ago describing the lifting that I’m having with my nails and I’m doing everything that I possibly can so thank you so much for this video. I hope it helps. I’m about to do a whole set on myself tomorrow and maybe I can make it an entire week without any lifting because that would definitely be a breakthrough for me. I’ve spent thousands of dollars altogether on nail products from A-to-Z. It would be a huge loss to just give up and quit at this point. I have to find a way.

Most likely it is some repetitive motion they are doing with that finger. For example, people who write a lot can get lifting on the six if their middle finger where they hold their pen.
