I've been playing for over 2 years now and have to agree. This season is the worst by far. Yesterday i saw one of those ban waves finally happening and there was a guy with "cheater" in his name, who would have guessed he was a cheater xD Its gone to the point where most of them dont even try to hide it anymore but announce it instead. After what i've seen this season i keep thinking on switching to another game but havent found a good one yet since cheaters are pretty much anywhere.

That I've played video games with instant hack detection and they are always 3rd party or private servers. Where people actually give a shit about hacking. Ive been in MapleStory private servers (pre 2010 btw)where INSTANTLY they know if you are fucking with the game and kick or ban you. If they gave a shit they would have done something.

At some point they cannot ban all of them at once because cheat developers will find a way faster to bypass their anticheat ways. Also its probably generating quite a good money to begin with. If you ban 100 cheaters in a month and they all get new accs and buy Siege again then thats 20 euro for each copy making it 2000 euro each month (currently in sale for 8 euro ending 10.1.24). I dont know the real numbers but there is gonna be some revenue out of it. At some point if you cant get rid of cheaters atleast make some money off them.
