The actual singer is Australian yodeller Wayne Horsburgh - www.waynehorsburgh.com/ . The track is indeed 'Range In The Sky' by the Disco Saints from the CD 'Cosmic Cowboy' and Wayne is listed on the CD as vocalist. The Disco Saints track is still available, as is Wayne's own version (on his CD ’22 Gospel Greats’), The original (non-house) version was written by Wes English and recorded by The English Brothers. No idea who is miming in the video though!
