Looks like he has a very quick and simple bat to the ball approach while generating a lot of power from his hips and back leg. Very little front leg and foot movement. Thanks for the post.

It's a strength exercise. It's kind of like hitting a punching bag.

It does nothing. Pretty much all of these drills are worthless. Yoenis was just born with a set of gifts which he fine tunes with a little practice.

llegara un momento que en cualquier disciplina el dinero es una referencia porque es lo mas utilizado y lo mas liviano que tenemos todos para canjear los servicios que podemos prestar, eso no tiene precio simplemente, y la tecnología que se pueda desarrollar por cada quien debería de ser patentada para la utilización y su venta si es necesario el entrenamiento en casa o en le dogaout local de el estadio nos sirve como referencia de una forma de video de un grandes ligas o de un equipo par trabajar bien. Muy bien yoenis.
