Thankyou so much for these videos. I’ve never properly tried yoga before and you really took me through each stage clearly, the breathing helped me so much to stay with the stretches. Today is an iffy mental health day for me and just following this yoga routine and meditation really helped to calm me down💕

I’ve just found this and I’m going to give it a go a few times a week x I realised I was always riding with my toes sticking out and after discussing it and having a lesson on it with my instructor we figured it was nothing to do with my ankles which is what I thought it is my hips so I’m hoping this will help me loosen them up and help correct it x

Just wanted to say thank you! This yoga practice is always extremely useful for me before & especially after riding. It helps so much & the stretches are so deep. How you describe the position is amazing as well, really immerses me in the stretch!
