Hi, Allannah! Since I had been taking clomid, I tried this video last week and today I was told that there are 5 eggs! I normally got 2 or 3 (only once) and only one got bigger in the end, so I think this video really helped! Thank you for your great video! Hello! My pharmacist and IVF nurse shared that it is generally not recommended to bend over, twist or do any movement where the pelvis isn't in a completely stabilized position during the stimulation phase of IVF due to risk of ovarian torsion. I asked about yoga and was told it was not recommended. The internet says contradictory things around this and I would love to exercise during IVF. Is this safe?

That’s incredibly conservative. There is an issue with torsion but it’s usually because most yoga is not specifically for this time. The primary issue is not to overheat, which is why this is so gentle. But if that is what your specialists have told you then it’s best you follow their advice, sorry

For ET with donor egg which yoga can be done for good blood flow to the uterus and to good thick endometrium lining for conceiving.... Had cancelled cycle due to no proper blood flow to uterus and doc not happy with endometruim lining... Pls suggest
