I wasn't able to hook up to any of the lives on I.T. this morning. I was so grateful to be able to access your teachings here on KZbin. You do such an amazing job of using language to cue the poses. If you have any idea why I might have had trouble with Lives on I. T. please share with me.

Hi Shirley! I'm sorry that was happening. Most likely it is either a bandwidth issue from your internet provider or it might be your device. I would send a note to IT help desk and let them know about the problem. So glad you were able to practice anyway! 🙏🏼

So happy to see you back! This was so relaxing to watch (I’m going to watch it as a follow along tomorrow which might not be as relaxing - it’s probably harder than it looks lol) I’m still miles off being able to do a forearm stand :( maybe I should start with a headstand I’m just so terrified of injuring my neck that a forearm stand seems safer to me. Anyway I’m really enjoying your videos (I watch the old ones) and look forward to more hopefully as I’m not on insight timer but I’ll look into it x hope you’re well
