I am 19 year old with lupus trying to exercise but every video that I followed left me with a lot of muscle pain. This was so relaxing and gentle for my body. Exactly what I need it. Thank you

I feel the same way I'm 48 eight and had a seizure and I beleive it made my lupus flare really bad

At the beginning of this exercise, I couldn’t cross my legs. But at the end i could!! I will try this every day. Thank you.

Hello! I was diagnosed with Lupus at 16 and at 32 it's definitely still a battle for me. I've done two days of this practice before work or on my breaks at home and I can already feel the tension release. I'm def gonna go try the fibro one you have. Thank you so much for making this video.

After months of just doing physiotherapy and hydrotherapy in the pool after getting off my wheelchair, it was so relieving to find a page that does gentle yoga for the joints and lupus. Thank you for this, really 🙏🏼 even though i was still restricted in some of the movements, the fact that I could kind of go back to stretching was such a great feeling. Looking forward to trying your fibromyalgia course.

This was lovely for my chronic pain! I have muscle spasms which yoga often triggers but this was great (other than lifting the legs, my mobility is very limited right now and that caused my left leg to spasm). Much thanks and I’m definitely going to use your other videos for pain, very appreciative!

This video was an absolute game changer for me! I have a very rare autoimmune condition and no clear diagnosis besides polymyositis and symptoms like RA, and I do this routine every other day. It almost completely eliminated the lower back pain I was experiencing, helped me become stronger and more flexible, and is very relaxing. Thankfully this is one of the first I tried and I've just stuck with it since it's so amazing! Thank you for all you do ❤

I came here for help at 11pm I was having really bad back pain from my lupus flare up and I was balling in pain and looked up yoga for lupus and I tried yours and within the first 5 min of stretching the pain went away and I was able to move more and wasn't so stiff or in as much pain I cried more from relief thank u

I am suffering from autoimmune disease like RA having so much stiffness and join pains cnt do yoga I have negative and ilost ky confidence now not able to work on my body pls suggest somthing in ur vedios pls what how I start my journey in yoga ireally want to do perform yoga all asana

I just got diagnosed with lupus and hashimoto’s… I’m in so much pain when should I start these practices?? It seems like anything I do I hurt myself more.

I'm so sorry to hear you are in pain. This is designed to be a very gentle practice, so you're welcome to try it and listen to your body to find out if it's too much for you. But of course I always recommend speaking with your medical professional for more personalized advice.

Would you be open to doing a stretching video for Achilles’ tendon tightness/discomfort. Mine has been bothering me and I can’t find a lot of videos for stretching it.

Great question! That's indeed a tricky one to get at. Have you tried my Yoga for Calves (kzbin.info/www/bejne/sIHdhJ6CfdVsrdU) or Yoga for Feet (kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3jMfXirpa-kapI) videos yet? Both of them have some good stretches that should help to get at the Achilles. I'd recommend trying the calves one first - let me know if it helps! 🍀

Hi Polly, it's actually just a pillow off of couch, but if you search for a flat yoga bolster on Amazon or anywhere else it should be about the same size! Hope that helps
