Loved seeing the snow on the branches. It made me physically cooler today as the temperatures climb in Victoria BC this Sunday, June 28th 2015! Another great beginner class! Thanks Melissa.

I jumped on this one straight away, because discipline is my middle name! I will need a lot of practice though to make the fingers touch behind my back. Not to worry, I have time.

I just like fixed habits and little personal rituals, doing certain things at a certain time of the day, like doing yoga more or less at the same time every day. If I am at home of course. I find it restfull to create order around me. Maybe it's because my parents were so chaotic when I grew up! It's not really something I deserve credit for...

Love this practice, the mantra is amazing, it may me feel vibrating with energy. I'm disciplining enough to do yoga 5 days a week, I have to work in 2 more. I love doing yoga so I will be there soon. What days are you in Florida?
