Hi. This was amazing, thank you. Especially for a beginner like me. As mentioned in the video, it says to be working on 3 parts: Upperbody, lower body, and core. If this is the first one for upperbody, where can i get the rest for the upperbody, lower body, and core? Thank you very much.
