This conversation was most definitely thought provoking. I could have listened to Eddie Stern for hours. It was especially interesting for me as I have similar back ground with many years of ashtanga vinyasa yoga from 1990. Then getting older and shifting more into the other aspects of yoga. So there were many moments that I could just nod my head and go like yeah man, this totally resonates! What a great human being Eddie is! It was also very nice to hear from someone who's been around already for awhile with a real life experience. Thank you for this Radhikaji x
