There are multiple inversions in this video including cat pose, child's pose, anahatasana. Nice for those just looking for an overall gentle yoga but not for those with an actual inability to put their head below their heart.

Pls make more 40 min wrist free hatha yoga for intermediates with min instructions for 1) detox 2) balance 3) strength building 4) hip opening 5) heart opening 6) sacral chakra 7) all chakras 8) water element 9) all elements 10) vin to yin 11) for sore muscles 12) goddess pose flow 13) warrior flow 14) dolphin flow
