I wanted to go so badly, but both times that I have spoken to them on the phone have been miserable. I lost my job and lost a family member so I could no longer go. I tried to cancel with hopes of rescheduling for another time, but the a**hole kept my $300 deposit that was supposed to be refundable!!! He was incredibly rude to me both times I called and it’s so sad because it drives customers away. They have an amazing location, but I’ve found reviews from others saying they treat you like a prison inmate and after both of these horrible interactions, I do not doubt it. I wish they had nicer staff. I was looking forward to going at a later date, but now I won’t be giving them my business at all. Shame on you. I had a death in the family and instead of showing empathy and understanding, you all stole my money and spoke to me as if I had stolen yours! Absolutely disgusting.
