Hey Frederike, bei meiner Yogaschule gab es keine Voraussetzungen, ich persönlich finde jedoch, dass ein gewissen Grundwissen in Yogaphilosophie & eine regelmäßige Praxis Voraussetzung sein sollten, da es ja schließlich kein Retreat, sondern eine Ausbildung ist🫶🏼 Einige Monate regelmäßige Yogapraxis & einige Bücher lesen, das sollte eine super Vorbereitung sein🥰

Definitely, learning about the depths of yoga takes a lot of time and practice, but if you want to share your knowledge, you can make a living out of it🙏
