This is one of the best documented and beautiful journeys about YTT in Rishikesh that I found on KZbin! I was in Rishikesh in Dec 2022 and there definitely was a special vibe there. Thank you for sharing

@@momentmemosit definitely was. I backpacked Indianfor the first time. 3 months in total. Crazy culture shock, coming from Holland. I'm thinking about doing the 200h first sometime this year yes :) and then 300h. Are you gonna do the 300h? Would be amazing to hear from you!

Ugh, why doesn‘t YT let me know about these comments!! Not me replying 4 months late🤧 if you somehow see this, backpacking in India sounds so cool, I‘d love to do it too! And yep I‘m planning to do the 300h course, hopefully 2024. Life‘s a bit crazy rn and I wanna deepen my practice before I do it:)

In my mid 60s i completed my 500hrs Yoga Teacher Training my advanced Reiki and Singing Bowl Therapy. I loved every second of every day in the community of Chandragiri. Mandala is family to me. The training plants a seed thats ancient.. I hope students will attend and learn to take in and grow. Tat Sat Hari Om Shanti Shanti Shantith Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh 🙏

What is your opinion to jump into this course with out been an experience person in yoga. I've been doing yoga for a couple of year but I consider myself a beginner.. so I doubt myself if I'm good enough to do the course. 😅

There were a few beginners in my course too so it is definitely doable! Personally I wanted to first dedicate time to improve my practice so during the course I could truly see a change. I found it very demanding both physically and mentally. But also remember that yoga isn't just asana, so if you really want to do it now, then go for it! It is an incredible experience

You are practicing yoga and you have no knowledge about the nutrition, You take meds, vitamins, electrolyte, these are all unnatural. Doesn't your yoga institute teach you about the right nutrition?

How do you define what is natural and unnatural? Also, even if something is "unnatural" it doesn't directly mean "bad". And what's wrong about taking vitamins and electrolytes?

The concept of yoga and veg diet is your body can be cure from inside, Unlike Western science and medicine you lack of vitamin take a pill you lack of mineral take a pill !! There's nothing wrong in taking vitamin and health supplements it's your body your choice. Currently in the western science everything is becoming over dose and big pharma gaints making profit over saving life Maybe he meant to ask you this

@@momentmemos Natural is something like raw, not much processed, as you are practicing yoga you may go a little deep into ayurveda and find best solution in alternate to the vitamin tablets. I just said what I felt. It is totally your choice. I loved the video. Welcome to India and hope you will visit again.
