Definitely the practice to come back from time to time to see the progress and give yourself an extra deepend stretch! It was so lovely! Thank you for reminding all the time about the breathing! Much needed and very helpful. Feeling stretched in and out! I would looooooove to do more longer practises with straps on your new platform! 😉 It was quite challenging and brought my focus in a bit of a different direction. I liked it, because there aren't that many videos with straps for advanced postures, although maybe it would've been nice to include marichyasana positions, to deepen this practice.

I really enjoyed this! I have never used my strap so much in a yoga session, I almost didn’t particularly know what I could use it for but this has helped so much with that. I will look at some more of your videos! Thank you 💕

It is definitely a reflection of how we are off the mat, lol...I, as a good pupil, was quite gentle, followed your instructions and not pushing it too hard. If you wouldn´t say that though, well, that would be a different story, lol :)) Thank you for another practice with the strap, you are so creative!! xoxo

SD Day 111. I used my new (longer) strap for the first time today and this exercise is tough. I found the standing dancer pose easier than the pigeon version which I found quite difficult. I haven’t yet mastered how to do this one yet. x

SD day 97: After Reading Sally’s post I’m working towards her amazing achievement of 366 days of yoga practice. This video gets to the parts other exercises don’t reach! I’ll definitely return to this although I have to get myself a longer strap 😂

Yoga challenge day 132: this is a really important practice. I like to return to strap practice videos because shoulders and biceps need special attention and are often neglected. I’d like you to see if you can make a video which stretches the abductors?

Social distancing day 45: I really felt the benefit of this practice; it was a challenge at times but that’s the way it should be. I think my strap is too short especially for the dancer’s pose. What length is your strap Helen?
