This class was very relaxing and calming. Your cats were super funny in this video 😹 I loved seeing the both of them 😻 My cat Grizou was in shock when we arrived at the Humming Bee part, which made me laugh so hard as he wanted to know where it came from. Loving the cat cameos! My cat was very interested in the orange one near the end 😹 Watching from California. What a great workout for relaxing at the end of the day. Not too difficult, had some great stretches and hip openers. Thank you for a wonderful workout!

I like yours cats but I didn't get to stare at them because I was concentrating on the practice. The downward facing dog was killing me! I felt kinda weird doing the humming breath with my parents in the backgroud, heh. It was my first time trying that. During the pranayama, it was much easier first, but my exhales shortened, the more I did it. I wonder if I did something wrong. Loved the whole class as always.

Hey Sonja, hehe, they are adorable little fur babies. Downdog can be challenging, especially when we're tired, remember you always have the option of resting in child's pose when ever you need to. As for hummingbee breath, I get it, especially when others are around you can feel silly. You could always try putting some relaxing music on to drown out your humming from others in the house. You'll probably find they wouldn't hear you anyway. It's normal to find a pranayama challenging when you first start out. The more you practice and focus on the breath the easier it will be and you'll be able to take in more air and control the exhale better. Make sure you don't force the exhale but instead release slowly, pause and then slowly inhale to full the lungs up again. I hope that helps, just keep practicing😉. Sending love and light. 🙏
